Enterprise, or otherwise known as full cycle RPO, allows our Consultant(s) to become the official talent acquisition team of your company with direct access to your hiring managers in the organization, covering its entirety from approval through new hire onboarding.
We begin this stage with a Sourcing Intake. We launch a diffusion campaign of talent attraction. We deliver the information and reporting to the agent in charge of selection.
Pre-Qualifying

We qualify the candidates after the sourcing is done based on your needs according to three categories: Technical Skillset, Soft Skillset and Leadership Skillset.
Interviewing

After we qualify a candidate, an interview is scheduled. We do Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI); we also provide psychometric tests. Our interviewers are qualified to observe and analyze any other factor you may require to select a candidate in an interview.
Candidate Management

Once a candidate has been pre-selected, we do the documentation, reference, and standard checks based on your demands to ensure your company’s peace of mind, and we proceed with the job offer.
Offer & Onboarding

If a candidate is qualified for the job, he or she will receive an offer. Upon the candidate’s acceptance of the offer, we will compile any internal documentation you require.
