Job Summary
The core mission of the Recruitment Specialist is to support the Talent Acquisition team in handling the full recruitment cycle, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and requests. The Recruitment Specialist is also responsible for the fulfillment of manpower requirements across different service units within the organization based on the required competencies and job qualifications within the prescribed service level agreements.
Sourcing
- Understands the current trend and demands of the business, analyzing all relevant information/data to evaluate short term, medium and long-term talent acquisition requirements.
- Developing marketing strategies to support recruitment initiatives in sourcing of applicants to increase applicant pool and build hiring capacity.
- Responsible in sourcing for all manpower requisitions using different sourcing channels.
- Identifies opportunities to develop new sourcing strategies.
- Responsible for the proper implementation of Referral Program and other sourcing techniques.
- Source and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates.
- Build a strong and lasting employer reputation inside and outside the industry.
Recruitment
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for all requisitions within the company.
- Assist the Team Lead and Operations Manager in the recruitment process of all positions.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection process (Interviews, Cold Calling, Phone Screening, etc.).
- Assess and review candidate’s suitability for vacant posts.
- Maintains an internal recruitment tracker/database.
- Screens resumes based on the qualifications and requirements of the job.
- Conduct initial interviews to present a first shortlist of suitable candidates for hiring managers.
- Arranges and organizes interviews of shortlisted candidates.
- Prepares necessary documents needed for submission of candidates.
- Creates a pool of candidates for the current and future vacancies.
- Responsible for making sure that all applications are processed promptly and properly and help create the best application experience for all aspiring candidates no matter the outcome.
- Be the main point of contact for candidates when offered the position and liaise with different departments for the next step of onboarding process.
- Organize the onboarding plan for all new hires and liaise with different department heads.
- Ensure Timesheets are accomplished and must be submitted in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any equivalent degree.
- RPO/VMS recruitment (North American market) experience strongly preferred.
- Healthcare Recruitment experience is a plus.
- Above average English verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity/role.
- Has an experience recruiting large volumes of candidates for specific positions within strict deadlines.
- Amenable to work on a night shift schedule.
- Willing to report onsite (Hybrid set-up)
